I can monitor my employees texts, calls outgoing and incoming calls really easy without them knowing. THe product was easy to install in a few minutes and I was up and running. Been using it for a few weeks now and they are unaware. I'm really happy because I can be sure that my people are not using the company phone for counter business activities with a competitor
