Shipping To an Address Different From Your Billing AddressIf your billing and shipping addresses are different, please be sure both addresses are listed with your credit card issuer before placing an order. To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we may hold an order for further verification if it is being shipped to an address different from the billing address. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company's phone number can be found on the back of your credit card. We do not ship to unverified shipping addresses as per instructions of the credit card company. If paying via money orders/check, your products will ship once it clears from the bank. At checkout choose MONEY ORDER at payment method. Out Of Stock Items & Pre-Order From time to time, items may be oversold or listed as pre-order. All pre-orders require full payment at the time the pre-order is placed. When you place your pre-order, we commit to getting those items in for you from the manufacturer. Please be advised that the ETA is based on manufacture arrival dates, and we do everything possible to be up front with the customer, but sometimes extended delays are out of our control. We promise to do everything possible to get you your pre-ordered items quickly along with tracking info. If the customer wishes to change or cancel their pre-order before shipment, we will, at the request of the customer, refund the full amount to the customer, except in special order items that may require customization. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time, and will e-mail the customer but we are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement prior to cancellation. Hidden Cameras While most hidden cameras ship within 24 hours, some hidden cameras are custom made to order and may take up to 72 hours to ship. These products may not be ready to ship next day or 2nd day, so be sure to contact us before ordering a hidden camera that you need right away and we will make every effort to ensure that your product will be received when you need it. Surveillance related items are NOT eligible for returns under any circumstances due to their intended one time uses. All sales for surveillance items are final. Due to the nature of some of our custom built surveillance items, the pictures shown may be slightly different than the item received due to availability of housings or manufacture change of building materials. However, like items will be more than similar, such as lamps, clocks, etc...and the core functionality will be as advertised. While we take every effort to verify product information, there may be instances with the information is inaccurate. As product info and specs change frequently we cannot be held responsible for these inaccuracies. Damaged GoodsEven the most carefully packed items get damaged in transit. We hate it as much as you do. Don't worry; we'll get to replacing your items right away. Within 48 hours of receiving your package, please fill out the RMA form below with as much detail as possible. We will spring into action within a day or 2 and make sure you get a replacement product. If you have any questions, please ask in the form below.Returns & ExchangesIf for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, just return it in new condition for a refund within 7 days* of receipt of your item. Just pay shipping back. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply and during free shipping promotional offers if you return an order, we will deduct our actual postage cost from the refund amount. All items in your order are inspected and deemed to be in perfect condition by our warehouse before your order is shipped. Products that contain batteries cannot be replaced, and it is possible that the batteries may be depleted when you receive your items. We do not sell or stock batteries and cannot replace or send new ones for any reason. If you experience a package missing, damaged during shipment or an item that is defective, missing or incorrect, contact us immediately to rectify the situation. Once we have processed your return, we'll issue your refund, less any applicable charges, to your credit card. Please allow 2 weeks from the time your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to post. Exceptions - Due to the nature of surveillance products and its intended uses which are often one-time use, they cannot be returned for refunds or credit. This includes, hidden cameras, software, counter surveillance products, detectors, security / spy related products. These items ARE covered by a 90 day warranty for any defects. In addition, Halloween costumes can only be exchanged for exact same item if any defects are present. If the style is no longer available, store credit will be given. In addition, due to nature of neon related items, all sales are final. Neon related items not returnable and may only be replaced or substituted in the event of breakage due to shipping. Neon breakage must be reported within 48 hours of arrival to be considered. Wholesale orders are final sale under any circumstances. No exceptions. Reimbursements
You MUST receive a RMA# prior to sending anything back for any reason. Our warehouse cannot receive returned packages without an approved RMA# and you will not be reimbursed for those items. It will be your responsibility to pay for any and all fees relating to shipping the item back to you. All returns must be in original, new and re-sellable condition and include all of the original contents (manufacturer packaging, instruction manuals, warranty card, accessories, etc.) and be received in the same condition in which you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damage/re-stocking fee of up to 100% of the purchase price if these conditions are not met. Credits Use Trackable Mailing Please Take Care When Packing To request a return, simply submit an RMA FORM within 7 days of the delivery date. After your request is processed (usually within 2-3 days) we will reply with return instructions. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap). We must receive your item back within 10 days from when the RMA# is issued. Merchandise returned with damaged or missing items are not eligible for a refund and will be returned back to the customer at your expense if you choose to do so. Exchanges/Defective Items General Returns Filling out this form does NOT guarantee that your request will be honored. All RMA are subject to review and approval and may take up to 2-3 days for a response. DO NOT send back any merchandise without an RMA number. *** Please Note *** Customers must pay for and cover all traceable shipping of products to our offices. In addition, there will be a 20% handling fee for each product returned. Only products returned in their original, resealable packaging along with all manuals and parts will be accepted. Failure to do so may result in no refund. The customer must then cover all shipping back to their address. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Free shipping promotions and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from your refund. Goods and consumables such as software, CDs, DVDs, cologne, cosmetics, candy, and plants/seeds are NOT returnable. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a possible restocking fee of up to 100% off the purchase price depending on the condition of the returned item(s). For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Defective Returns: Most of our products are backed by our 30 day warranty. We will replace or repair the item if it stops working within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item shows signs of misuse, it will not be accepted for return. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, WILL BE SUBJECT to a 20% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order. This is why we suggest that you contact our Technical Support Department prior to requesting a return if you feel that the item is defective. In most cases they will be able to troubleshoot the product over the phone to avoid an unnecessary return. Within 7 days of purchase, a defective item can be returned for exchange of a different item of equal or greater value (customer will be charged for the difference in price).
